Production & shipping times

All products are made after you order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time:
    • EU: 3–7 business days
    • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days in total.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Customs & import fees

For customers outside the EU, customs fees may apply. These are paid by the recipient.

Right to withdraw – You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. Because our products are custom-made to order, physical returns aren’t practical. Here’s what we offer instead:

Option 1: Pay It Forward

Don’t want it? Find someone in your community who needs it. A friend, a local shelter, a charity, someone on the street – you decide. Keep it in circulation, help someone out, skip the landfill.
